Ibá — Brazilian Tree Industry, registered under CNPJ 00.000.000/0001-00, headquartered in São Paulo — SP, Brazil, is the controller of the personal data collected on this page, pursuant to Brazilian Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD).

The registration form collects only what is necessary to organize the event:

• Full name
• Corporate email
• Country
• Phone/WhatsApp number (optional)

We do not collect sensitive data, financial information or identification documents through this page.

• Register and confirm your attendance at the roundtable;
• Send operational information about the event (venue, schedule, changes);
• Check you in on the day and issue your participation certificate;
• Send communications about future editions of the roundtable — always with an unsubscribe option in every message.

Processing is based on your consent (art. 7, I of LGPD), expressed by checking the acceptance box in the form, and on the performance of preliminary procedures and the participation agreement (art. 7, V).

Your data may be shared with vendors that operate registration, check-in and email delivery, always limited to the purposes described above and bound by confidentiality obligations.

We do not sell your data and do not transfer it to third parties for their own advertising purposes.

We keep registration data for up to 5 (five) years after the event, as required for issuing certificates, accountability and any legal defense. After that period, data is deleted or anonymized.

At any time you may request:

• Confirmation that processing exists and access to your data;
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data;
• Portability of your data to another provider;
• Information about whom we share your data with;
• Revocation of consent and deletion of data processed on that basis.

To exercise any of these rights, write to eventos@iba.org. We respond within 15 business days.

We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect your data against unauthorized access and accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration. Access is restricted to the people involved in organizing the event.

We may update this document. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the update date shown at the top.
